TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How to
book:
To make a reservation, telephone or email with details of the number and type of rooms required, arrival and departure dates and any special requirements you may wish to discuss. A credit or debit card is required (sorry, we cannot take AMEX) to secure the booking, the deposit being 50% of the total fee.
Bookings are non transferable to any other person in any circumstances.
Payment:
All major credit and debit cards except AMEX (sorry) are accepted. Cash (GB £), or cheques supported by a bankers card are also accepted for the balance. All cheques to be made out in pounds sterling, payable to "Bron Heulog Guest House".
Please note that 2% may be added to credit card
transactions,
but we currently cannot accept AMEX
Check in and
out times:
Guests are welcome to arrive between 5.00 pm and 7.30 pm in Summer and 4.00 pm and 7.30 pm in Winter. Rooms will be held until 7.30 pm unless otherwise arranged, please telephone if you are going to arrive late. Departure time from the room is by 10.30 am.
Cancellations:
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation, whether written, verbal or electronic, constitutes a contract between the guest and Bron Heulog Guest House. The booking fee is refundable less 20% administration fee for cancellations up to one month before the starting date of the booking. For cancellations within one month of the start date of the booking, any refunds will depend on our being able to re-let the accommodation. For any reservation cancelled within 2 full weeks of the arrival date 85% of the full booking fee is payable unless we are able to re-let at short notice. If we are able to re-let we will only retain the deposit.
Breakages and Damages:
Any damages, breakages or need for exceptional cleaning at Bron Heulog Guest House or the Garden Cottage (including the kitchen equipment) must be paid for before your departure. Please let us know if anything unfortunate has happened during your stay.
Parking:
Cars may be parked at Bron Heulog
subject to space being available
and at the driver/owner's risk.
Exceptional Circumstances:
If, because of exceptional circumstances (for example but not exclusively strikes, failure of utility services, fire), we are unable to accept guests we will give as much notice as possible and make a refund wherever possible.
It is advisable to take out private holiday insurance to cover unforeseen eventualities.
